As our wedding season begins to heat up I wanted to showcase a recent engagement session, with a very colorful couple. This couple met us in downtown Fort Wayne and we spent an enjoyable afternoon wandering the streets capturing some great moments!
There are a lot of times that High School age boys ask us for senior pictures just to satisfy Mom or even a school requirement. It’s hard to get them into the session and relax. This was most definitely not one of those times!! This young man really enjoyed his session as did we. I really think these and the session I’m posting Friday are some of our best Male Senior work ever.
This young lady is one of our recent brides, when we found out they were expecting we were ecstatic to be chosen to document the maternity and new-born sessions!! This post will have a few less pictures than normal as we are going to do a progression as the baby grows and we all prepare for the big day! Stay tuned for more this will be fun!!
It is hard to believe that our little friend is nine months old already! We were lucky enough to have a nice day outside for our session. It was a little chilly, so Kennedy wasn’t so happy to start with, but with a little time in her swing she was happy again! She happily sat on her big brother’s trike, with her pretty fairy wings on. Be looking for our 12 month pictures with her, we are sure they will be wonderful!
What a fun day! Anna and Kieran made sure everyone at their wedding had fun. The groomsmen all wore super hero t-shirts under their tuxes. During formal group pictures our groups acting anything but formal! They were funny and willing to do any crazy thing we could have thought of! It was nice being at a church we know so well, and to work with an old friend as the church coordinator.
It is always nice to work with people we know! We have known the Messmore family for a few years now. We started our day with Rachel and her girls getting ready at Steve’s grandparents home. They have a wonderful “stage” at the top of the stairs for taking pictures. Eric met Steve and his guys at his parents’ home to do some awesome groomsmen photos.
The wedding and reception were held at the Champaign Jam room of the Wyndham Garden. We took the whole wedding party for a walk to the Wyndham’s front lobby where we proceeded to rearrange furniture. We wanted to use the lovely fireplace as our backdrop for family and wedding party group shots.
We wish our lovely couple a lifetime of wonderful moments and memories. Thank you for letting us join you for your special day.
Today I’m posting some shots from the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Bowling Green Falcon’s Men’s Ice Hockey playoff game. This was set for a three game series but with Notre Dame’s 1st game overtime win and a 5-1 win and game two, The Fighting Irish would easily advance to the CCHA Finals in Detroit!
Please Enjoy the Photographs:
Lynda and Her team photographed this wonderful couple celebrating this special day, at the Eagle’s Nest Golf Course in Columbia City Indiana. We were a bit nervous about the timing on this one as both Bride and Groom are proudly serving in the United States Armed Forces. Bride and Groom did arrive safely however and the day went off without a hitch!
